By using Survey Nap you agree to these terms. We kept them plain, so please give them a read.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
One person, one account. Running several accounts, or cashing out several accounts to the same payout account, is not allowed.
You are responsible for following the laws of your own country, including any tax on what you earn.

Each of our surveys pays the points shown before you start (20 for 10 questions, 35 for 15, plus any country or level bonus), up to 15 a day. Partner surveys and offers show their own rewards.
1,000 points = 1 US dollar. If this rate or any reward changes, we announce it on the site first.
Until you cash out, points are a unit of account, not money, and they cannot be transferred to other members.

You can cash out to PayPal, USDT (TRC20) or a gift card. Members in Bangladesh can also use bKash or Nagad. Each method has its own minimum, shown before you confirm.
Standard cash-outs are free and sent within 7 days, which gives us time for safety checks.
Instant cash-outs carry a 10% service fee, shown before you confirm.
The first payout account you use for each method is linked to your profile for safety. Changing it needs a request to support.
If a cash-out is rejected, the points go back to your balance. You are responsible for entering the right email, number or address. Crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
Payment providers may charge their own fees or apply their own rules, which are outside our control.

Points from partner surveys and offers are added once the partner confirms them. If a partner reverses an offer, those points may be removed, even if that takes your balance below zero.

All three are completely free. Nothing is bought with points or money.
You get one lottery ticket for every 10 surveys you complete. The lottery is drawn every Monday at 00:00 UTC, and the result and a verification seed are published on the site. A prize stays pending until the 1st of the month after the draw, when it is added to the winner's balance; a winner whose account is no longer in good standing by then does not receive it.

If we find rules being broken, we may review the account, hold cash-outs, or close it. Points earned through fraud are cancelled.
If you think we got it wrong, contact us and a person will take another look.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Points below the cash-out minimum when you close cannot be paid out.

These terms may change over time. We announce major changes on the site before they apply.
