Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Here is what we keep, why we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights, in plain words.

What we collect

  • Account details: name and email address, and your sign-in method.
  • Your survey answers.
  • Payout details you give us: a PayPal or gift card email, a crypto address, or a mobile wallet number.
  • Device and network details: IP address, approximate country, browser, and a device identifier. These are used to keep fake and duplicate accounts out.
  • A full record of your points and cash-outs.

Why we use it

  • To run your account and send your cash-outs (performing our agreement with you).
  • To prevent fraud and duplicate accounts (our legitimate interest in a fair platform).
  • To show ads and partner offers that fund the rewards (legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it).
  • To keep records the law requires.

Who we share it with

  • Payment providers (PayPal, gift card suppliers, mobile wallet providers, the crypto network) to send your cash-outs.
  • Fraud prevention services, such as IP reputation checks, with only what they need.
  • Partner survey and offer providers, and ad networks. They receive an anonymous member ID, never your name or email.
  • Hosting and database providers that run the site for us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • We never sell your personal information.

International transfers

  • Our services and partners operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside your own. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and ads

  • We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and the site secure. Ad networks and partners may use their own cookies or similar technology. Where the law requires consent for these, we ask first.

How long we keep it

  • For as long as your account is open. Payment and fraud records are kept as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

  • You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account, object to some uses, or ask for your data in a portable form.
  • If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
  • Write to support@surveynap.com and we will reply within 30 days.
